Common Questions

  • Can I use a different email address? Yes, update your email in the Profile tab. Ensure you have access to the new email as you'll need to verify it.

  • How do I stop getting so many emails from WiseComply? Go to the Notifications tab and turn off the alerts you don't need. You can keep some on while disabling others.

  • What should I do if I see a login I don't recognise? Immediately go to the Security tab, reset your password, and contact your society administrator if you suspect unauthorised access.

  • Can I change my role in the society? You can change what's displayed in your profile, but the society administrator controls actual access permissions. Contact them to change your permissions.

  • What happens to society data if I delete my account? Society data remains intact. Only your personal profile is deleted. The society's records, documents, and other information are not affected.

  • Can I recover my account after deleting it? No. Account deletion is permanent. You would need to create a new account and be re-invited to the society by an administrator.

  • How often should I check my account activity? Review it occasionally, especially if you notice anything unusual with your account. Monthly checks are a good practice for security awareness
