Common Questions
What if I don't receive the verification code? Check your spam/junk folder first. If still not received, try requesting a new code. Ensure you entered the correct email address. Wait a few minutes as delivery can be delayed.
What if I enter the wrong verification code? You can try again. After multiple failed attempts, you may need to request a new code.
What if the verification code has expired? Return to the "Forgot Password" page and request a new code. Codes typically expire after 15-30 minutes for security.
Can I reset my password if I no longer have access to my registered email? No, you need access to the registered email address. Contact WiseComply support (support@wisecomply.co) for assistance if you've lost access to your email.
How do I know what email address is registered to my account? Use the email address you originally registered with. If you're not sure, try different email addresses you commonly use, or contact WiseComply support (support@wisecomply.co).
What if I didn't request a password reset but received a code? Ignore the email. If you're concerned someone is trying to access your account, contact WiseComply support. Your password won't change unless someone enters the verification code.
Can I use my old password again? Security best practices recommend using a new, unique password rather than reusing an old one.
What are the password requirements? Passwords typically must meet minimum length requirements and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Specific requirements will be shown on the password creation screen.
